Handover meeting of the Presidency from Statistics Netherlands to the Statistical Office of the SR

On 28 June 2016, the handover meeting of the Presidency of the Council Working Party on Statistics between the Netherlands and Slovakia took place in The Hague.

In a well organised event and friendly atmosphere, the Dutch colleagues provided the delegations with the state of play of the pending dossiers. Slovak delegation presented its priorities and work plans for the second half of 2016. The agenda of the meeting included also the presentation of the representatives of Eurostat. Maltese delegation outlined the work plan of their Presidency and the means of cooperation with the Slovak Presidency team.

The first meeting of the Council Working Party on Statistics under the Slovak Presidency will take place in September 2016.
